when familiarity makes the fuze shorter, does it mark the beginning of forever? Or does it hint the need for something new?

we are all creatures of habit. there are definitely certain things we have to do, places we have to go everyday without fail. if something interrupted that certain routine, we will feel uneasy. you can say that you are not a creature of that sort,that you like change, you like the unpredicted...well i can tell you i like change, i like the unpredicted too, but i can't make do without a cup of coffee everyday. it's not the caffeine's working, it's just part of a process to complete my day. we are all creatures of habit, like it or not.

but...

when someone is involved in that everyday routine, wat happens?

if that someone is no longer part of that everyday routine, wat happens?

or wat if that someone is still part of that everyday routine but somehow it's making us not ourselves anymore, then wat happens?

we can't make the someone go away, because if we do, we will be missing that part of the process to complete our day; but if we don't make the someone go away, we might find ourselves losing ourselves as time goes by. which is more important, when both involve losing ourselves? catch22? does this qualify?

is this the very reason we find ourselves getting frustrated easier and faster the more familiar we get with the someone? because we know that the someone is one we so want to do without but cannot do without? therefore we nitpick every chance we get because this someone both defines us and destroys us? when familiarity makes the fuze shorter, does it mark the beginning of forever? Or does it hint the need for something new?

when it comes to a point where no word is spoken; no reply is given; no access is granted..i guess that's when u ask yourself whether all was worth; any was remembered; rashness was pardoned.

ying was talking about humans being disgusting creatures, on the matter that when one doesnt have a job, one is unhappy; but when one does have a job, one is still unhappy.

i think walking contradictions.

i read a storybook long time ago about a girl who found herself in a perfect relationship with a perfect boyfriend.that's what every girl or guy wants.but this girl couldnt believe that she could be that lucky and did something to mar that perfection.

the point isnt whether or not they broke up in the end..it is that sometimes, humans are just so...weird? like when u finally get lucky u dun wanna believe u are that lucky because u've never been lucky so u think all is but reality and start doing things so you can wake up and get out of this unbelievable lucky situation without getting too much into it in case u start enjoying it..but..it is reality and the fact that you had hoped and prayed for this lucky situation to come does not stop this sense of pessimism and negativity when u do end up in the lucky situation.

or is it just me.

went for a movie with derrick the other day and woah my gosh,do not order the watever simpsons watever movie snack with coffee and donut...coz first of all, they took ten mins to make a cup of coffee, which tasted like sour cream mixed with a bit of coffee&tea (i think and hope it's just amk cathay); and the donut..wat can i say?the 7-eleven's ones taste so much more superior..

i was bathing and freaked out totally when i realised i was dropping hair..though i heard somewhere that dropping 16 strands of hair a day is normal..u know i din exactly went to count how many strands of hair i've dropped coz it's kinda gross just thinking of bending down and picking up those strands of hair stuck at the whatever so....anywayZZ i freaked out when i saw so many strands of hair on my palm..then i began thinking maybe it is the hair product that i am using.but then no,i've been using it for a while so that shouldn't be the reason..the more i think,the more i suspect that i may have this hereditary pattern baldness though neither of my parents and grandparents are bald and pattern baldness usually happen to men, and 57% of women(research seh:/)..
then what can be the cause?
hmm it is true that recently i've been thinking a lot and there are operation/hospital/cough/fishbone/heart attacks..but will these problems actually do harm to my hair?my my...im only 20goingonR21..i dun wish to catch my first R21 show in a local cinema losing hair!?OH MY GOODNESS!
..that would actually be pretty hilarious.
well..then i told myself,since the whole hair affair thing is all but a matter of toomuchfuss and c.o.p, it's time to move on..

've been trying this new brand of shampoo in hope that my hair will have some hope.we should always have faith right?..but, yanoe, since my hair has been like hay for the past twenty years, i dun suppose any shampoo or anything i do will help..so, i guess i have to accept fate?or a destiny of haywiredhair?

i felt real mean today..
so i was in my room trying to do some work today when that little kid broke my concentration and bloodvessel.he was so noisy, crying and gasping and repeating that he din wanna eat his lunch.
i shouted from my room to shut him up..but of coz,he wasnt listening.so i threatened to throw him out of the house..eventually i did:/ opened the door and dragged him out,blocking him from entering.mum did not help him too,she was laughing..decided to let him in, but he hit me.so i dragged him out again.of coz i let him in again,then he hit me again.so i dragged him out again.then the cycle repeats a few times until i was tired so i let him in one last time.he was quite obedient after that.

there's a child in all adults. is there such a saying? there's a child in all of us.yeah. that i have to agree.so much.i am an adult already and i cant stop myself from thinking how nice it would be to roll down a hill;race across the beach feeling the sand between ur toes;fold a paper airplane and throw it down the 9th floor...yanoe these sorta things. hahaha

headed down to bishan to meet shopping-ping.cool!nette and ber's birthday celebration..thai express-ed and mos-ed and mac-ed:D i think i gained 3kg haha..nette got pretty scared by a doll buried in a pink cake for some birthday party at macs..so i started a series of 'sally im on the first step; sally im on the second step..." so yesterday me, ismail, zul, ruihong and terence went to watch movie..we ended up watching Lakehouse instead of Pirates coz tickets were out.damn.couldnt help noticing the flaws of this film and hey, really cant help it because they were so obvious?..the cheesy wipes and dissolves.woah....ok.but i still like sandra bullock:) she is so chio..haha..

AND..to the next topic: pole-huggers and good citizens

hmm..when u are in the train, there are a lot of people but too little poles to hold on to. what do u do?i will be nice and not lean on the pole but share it with the people around me.cool.sensible,logical,considerate thing to do.but many a times, some people (esp teenage girls) like to hug the poles so much i cant stand it.come on we are supposed to share.if there are not many people on the train i will hug the pole too and i will try to forgive also if u are already huggin the pole when the train starts to get crowded and u refuse to stop hugging the pole..but HELLLOOOOOOw, please my hand is on the pole already and there u come putting your ass in on my hand!!!what u trying to do?! soong la.i think guys will be happy but definitely not me..i move away.

and yo..law says that there should be no smoking in coffeeshops or hawker centres or bus stops or watever..how stupid!..and funny:D i was at the youth park kopitiam and i saw a family bring chairs to the side, put down the chairs in a row, sit in a row, face the road in a row, start smoking in a row.haha..the image was so funny i smiled, and they smiled back..well, they are still good citizen:) i like their style..but have to say that this law is really redundant.

i think recently i've been annoying people...an allnewwwhinypeggy..buay tahan..being so critical and talking so much when im not that great..complaining and complaining about nothing...sigh..regret almost immediately after i say things or even think of things.so irritating.hai~...things will get better i hope..

wah..today was the most 'tearful' day of all days in this sem...
first..the contact lens i was wearing decided to collect some dust when i decided only today that i shant bring the contact lens container..so ya..i ended up throwing away the right side of the contacts and bumped around for the rest of the day looking with my left eye.pirate.
second..i lost my wallet.woahooo..khris was lecturing me in the adrenaline and the double vision was killing me..sigh..found it in the end and i was so elated i remained high for the whole night.yea!

luckily i returned the handphone i found last week, if not karma..hahha

this morning was cool..way too cool..i got taken for a ride by dann's dog, babes..on the road, down the hill, past the waters..i like:) dann and terence were there for location scout..and i was there to discuss specs after the scout..but after the walks down and up the hills; past and through the pathways, we din get to discuss much since dann fell asleep in his bed with the dog and i was too tired to continue.slipped home.

that's an escape for me.the past few weeks were full of confusion..uncertainty..was trying to find out what was bothering me..tryin to piece up this jigsaw puzzle.but it is so difficult..i am clueless where to start, and when to stop.

so i am really happy for those who cared..:) yanoe who u guys are.wahhaa...
